The most nourishing from I Provenzali. It's cheap, easy to find (supermarket) and deeply nourish the driest lips. Plus the brand is cruelty-free and the product is 100% Vegan.
Soft texture for a stick, but it helps to melt the shea butter into the lips.

Shea Butter Lip Balm (Stick Labbra al Karité)
Cheap, super moisturizing and you can find it in basically any supermarket. I use it every night just before going to bed and it leaves my lips soft and hydrated till the morning. Vegan and cruelty free so it is perfect in my opinion
It is a little bit prone to melting so it is not a good idea to bring it out in your bag during the summer or on relatively hot days, otherwise it is a great product
