This is a fantastic, gentle product to use as a balm wherever needed. I use it on my kids cheeks at night, as well as on elbows and knees. It really coats, but doesn't leave an uncomfortably thick layer of coating. I love this!
This is not water resistant. So, if you are outdoors for more than an hour (and probably sweating), you might want to consider bringing another layer to reapply.
