I find that the variation of the different patches are really good. It also comes with a pair of tweezers that is really useful. Personally that seems to be my favorite thing about this product.
Patches are relatively thick and it doesnt adhere very well when I start to grease up.

Worked well on pustules, couldnt get to the deeper cysts. Not sure if acne patch is suppose to anyway.
