Whitening Micellar Water
This works really well on me. It removes my makeup nicely and doesn't dry out my skin at all. To take off my mascara it does takes a while though. I like to soak my cotton pad with this micellar water and put it on my eyes for like half a minute or ...
The scent of it is a little bit weird. But it eventually goes away very quickly so it doesn't bother me at all.

Honestly, I used to borrow my mom's ponds skincare items, it feels so light and cool on my face, it kinda hydrated my face, but not much.
It contains fragrance, yes and I do not think that fragrance is necessary for your precious face. Lol
