This toner is super Hydrating and cooling. It helps to control my sebum and also visibly reduced my blackheads & pore size. I once left the toner pad on my counter and came back to throw it out an hour later... and it was still cool!

Can be a bit difficult to get your hand on as All Natural isnt that well known globally.
