This comes in a pump bottle, the texture of the toner is slightly viscous that works better if you directly apply it on your face w/your hands. The scent is a faint flower powdery, not that overpowering.
This one is good but note that Vitamin C is at the end of the ingredient list and that this contains Alcohol.
