Firstly, I'd really recommend this cleanser for oily skin rather than dry. It's a great price and makes my skin feel soft/ controls my oily skin. I love the cherry blossom scent as well!
There's fragrance so keep that in mind if you're sensitive or don't like it. However it's not a strong scent; it's a really nice cherry blossom that you can smell when you squeeze it. It goes away when you wash it off.

it worked very well for me! i love the consistency since it’s a jelly cleanser and it foams nicely :)
it does contain fragrance so it might not be suitable for people with sensitive skin, and it’s a bir expensive
