I have sensitive skin, it does contain fragrance and the citrusy smell is very powering. wish the fragrance could tone down a bit cause it’s like wearing a citrus perfume 😂 even after rinsing it off.

I'm lazy person😂 It's inconvenient packaging. Feel tired to open & close the cap.Most the balm packaging got this problem.

the only thing i don’t like about it is it left a blurry effect in the eyes is if it get into the eyes but it still okay for me because i still haven’t tried any cleansing balm that doesn’t leave the blurry effect in the eyes if it get into the eyes

The balm has a soft and creamy texture that melts at skin temperature. It has a light scent which comes from fruit extracts. This hasn't caused any problems for me. It does effectively remove the makeup at the same time giving soft and hydrated skin....
