Vitamin B5 + Bifida Toner
It contains Bifida Ferment Lysate(30,000ppm=3%) and Panthenol(1,000ppm=1%). I like that is comes in a pump as I can control how much to apply on my face without wasting product. This is one of the fastest toners to absorbed into my skin.
I would like a higher concentration of fermented ingredients

The only thing that I donโt like about this toner is the smell. It has fragrance included in their ingredients.
