For me I think this micellar gel is not enough to clean waterproof eye makeup and after use this micellar gel you still need to use second cleanser, such as foam cleanser or gel cleanser.

It wasn't able to remove waterproof mascara. It only removes makeup and sunscreen so you have to follow up with a cleanser to fully clean the face.
