With any brand, I feel if a product comes in a container where it needs to be "scooped" out, a spatula should be included to minimize bacteria transfer and to save on the amount of product being used.

Its a creamy non foaming cleanser. Cleanses well as a AM or 2nd cleanse. Cleanses well without overstripping the skin. Cleanses everything off nicely.
The scent is a bit strong. Its a unique smell sour strawberry smell. I confirmed with the company this is the way it smells and that my product did not go off. Im still trying to get use to the scent but at least it washes and does nkt linger
