Lovely gentle intro to azelaic acid and vitamin c. Q10 in a much nicer application than say TIL. Really love this product. I have sensitive skin so I tend to shy away from vit c products, no irritation with this, even layering it with a PHA exfoliato...
The dropper issue, but it's honestly not terrible you just have to be careful. Also I heard they fixed it so if you buy one now I doubt it'll be a problem. Really great product honestly.

Beautiful multiactive serum. Love the azelaic acid and coenzymeq10, as well as the urea for delicious softening! Lush, thick texture unlike any other serum I’ve tried. Love supporting indie brands and creators as well!
The mouth of the bottle is too small for the dropper, causing product to get all over the edge of the bottle when placing the dropper back in after useage.

Hate the smell I think it is the urea and guess I am just sensitive to smell of it. To me texture feels kinda oily so if you like a thinner Serum might not like thid
