I received this product as well for free and exchange for my Instagram review from the company who produces it I do get the occasional pimples or whiteheads that I immediately pop if it has a white head cuz that looks gross but I do still get pimples...
I wish that it worked a little faster in getting rid of pimples but it does work pretty good
