Hydrating Eye Rescue Gel Vitamin B3
This is a really decent eye gel. It's got a lovely cooling gel consistency that dries down quickly, it feels nice on my skin, layers well with my other skin care and make up and the price is amazingly cheap.
It doesn't give instant eye puffiness results
