When it comes to niacinamide, my oily skin loves this ingredient. As we already know, it is good for treating acne and reducing sebum secretion, it affects hyperpigmentation. If your skin is sensitive, start with lower concentrations. Do not mix it ...
It is extremely sticky and dries quickly, leaving a sticky film on the skin. That's why I apply it on damp skin after toner.
