Sometimes consistency maybe too thick and requires a lot of effort to squeeze product out. If you live in cold weather, then it might freeze a bit outside, making it harder to apply the lip balm.

Sticky, and the packaging starts to get quite worn once you’ve used it for a while and gotten through the product but nothing bad.
