It gave me like a waxy feeling while washing it off. But it goes away after I dry my face. Maybe its just one of the hydrating ingredients in it.

Texture of this cleanser is creamy and has no scents. I use it as a second cleanser after the oil cleanser. After use, my skin feels clean, no tightness and very moisturizing.
