This was basically used by my sister who has very bad eczema in her hands and face. It had a heavy sensation (I used it in my neck) but it helped with the eczema problem.
It had a heavy sensation and this is why it was kinda difficult to spread it.

For how heavy it feels upon application, I feel like it should be a bit more moistuzing. It has that very heavy weight, but I use it as a medium hydration moisturizer.
