They're refreshing and cooling but I didn't see much of an effect unlike some others I tried. One pack includes 3 pairs of masks. You use them for 20 minutes. They're more sticky than the hydra-gel ones so won't fall off or slide easily. Not bad
I didn't find them as effective as some other brands
