I absolutely love the texture of this eye cream! Its a velvety gel, with a light rose scent.🌹 It has a slight cooling effect, and it absorbs into the skin like a dream! It has vegan collagen in it as well! Highly recommend this!
Packaging was quite cheap feeling for the price point.
