Lancome Bi-Facil Double-Action Eye Makeup Remover is the best makeup remover I tried. It really takes eyeliner and brow pencil off without irritating my skin. Itâs oily so after using I wash my face just with water. My skin feels great.

This is my favorite makeup remover for years. Its the best! Remove any kind of makeup even waterproof very easily and doesnât leave an oily residue in my eyes. It a bi-phase formula so you need to shake it very well before use to combine layers
Its pricey so I always buy it in January on sale in Ulta. Also it runs out quickly
