Lancome Bi-Facil Double-Action Eye Makeup Remover is the best makeup remover I tried. It really takes eyeliner and brow pencil off without irritating my skin. It’s oily so after using I wash my face just with water. My skin feels great.

This is the only eye makeup remover which removes all of my eye make up and is gentle on my eyes. Leaves them looking clean and feeling hydrated. It can be a bit pricey but a littlw bit goes a long way and its 100% worth evey penny.
The price is a little high.

I love this makeup remover, it effectively removes even the toughest makeup without leaving any residue, or drying out the skin.
It’s an amazing makeup remover, but obviously not the cheapest on the market .
