Y.O.U - luvinalee review for The Radiance White Refreshing Toner

I think it's worth it though The texture is so watery almost like water and it easily absorb when I applied it, and most importantly it doesn't stick. The smell is so good it smell like a baby powder. I have no idea about brightening but this time does help me moisturising my skin
