I'm starting to appreciate this cream. I've been using this for a month now and at first I should say I didn't notice any drastic changes but then when I used this for spot treatment it blew my mind. It literally melted my pimples. I usually had cystic pimples and whenever I feel like there's gonna be a big painful one, I just spot treat it and the next day it was gone! It also helped hyperpigmentation. Some of my pimples treated with this cream doesn't go really really dark like it used to.
The downside of this cream, it's too heavy for the skin. Especially if you live somewhere tropical like I do and if you have oily skin. I suggest to use this only at night time and spot treatment in the morning right before you apply sunscreen. Also the smell is kinda strong indicating that there might be some harmful or strong ingredients that can potentially irritate your skin.
