This cream comes in a bottle with an airless pump and is to be used as a moisturizer – the last step in the PM routine and right before sunscreen in AM routine. It is full of amazing ingredients like Retinol, Ascorbic Acid, and Arbutin. I find its creamy paste consistency which leaves matte finishing suits well on my skin. It feels light enough without compromising its ability to lock the moisture barrier. I must say, it has a strong floral scent which I find a bit overwhelming at first but now I have grown over it. Once you applied this cream, you can instantly notice the brightening effect – probably more to tone-up effect – which I have a love-hate relationship with. Over time, I can see how this one helps to brighten my overall complexion but as for specific hyperpigmentations and dark spots, I found it to not affect. I also love how soothing this cream is – not cooling but my redness is definitely able to be treated by this one! Additionally, with its low concentration of Ascorbic Acid and Retinol, using this for my dark under-eye has helped me to use this as an eye cream to brighten such areas! Overall, this cream is still worth a try and I would recommend this to those with combination to oily skin type who are looking for a gentle brightening product!
