Clarifying Lotion 1.0 Twice a Day Exfoliator
🌸 comes in a bottle with a small opening at the top, shake the bottle slighly to get the product out. Packaging works fine in my experience, very similar to most toner-packaging Ive seen. Also esthetically pleasing
🌸 texture is slightly on the thick side for a toner. Makes it easy to apply with hands, no need for a cotton round
🌸 comes as a part of a 3-step routine designed by a dermatologist for Clinique, so a easy starting point if you are new to skincare and unsure as to where to start
🥀 this product is tested on animals (like all Clinique products), so NOT cruelty free! Big drawback for me, I will not repourchase because of this
🥀 this product promises to be gentle, yet remove excess oil, grime and flaky skin. To acheive this, the main exfoliating ingridient is witch hazel. IMO witch hazel is a horrible ingridient to achieve this. If you want a gentle exfoliation, I would rather go for mandelic acid or lactic acid. Witch hazel is known to be very harsh and drying for the skin, so I cannot understand why Clinique would put this in a product aimed for dry skin. Honestly woundnt recommend witch hazel to anyone, no matter the skin type
🥀 on Cliniques own website, it says to use thia product twice daily, every day. Please dont do this. Using an exfoliating product this often can be very damaging to the skin barrier. I would not recommend using any exfoliator more than 3/week

Dry/Resilient
Best one to use. Only don't use it every day. You can smell that it is really strong. Use step 1 en 3 to because else it will dry out your skin. It's really a good product but my advice is don't use it to much. Also it's not really cheap but if someone wants to try just try and get samples.
