🌺 Product claims: - removing dirt and make-up while providing hydration for dry skin 🌺 Personal experience: I used this in the evening as part of my double cleanse routine before switching to an oil cleanser. According to the manufacturer it's not necessary to rinse it off but I felt like it left a sticky residue so always used a water based cleanser afterwards. I don't wear make up so I can't tell you how effective it might be removing that but it seemed to work just fine taking off the sunscreen. 🌺 Repurchase: definitely not
