It comes in a clear hard plastic bottle with a flip cap that bares the COSRX logo on top. Very watery but has a light viscosity. It takes a bit of time to fully absorb into the skin which could create a bit of white cast during application if patting it in instead of using cotton pads. However it only takes seconds to fully absorb and once it does, it gives an instant refreshing feel and makes the skin feel smooth and supple. It doesn't have a sticky feeling to it. I'm absolutely loving this toner, after a few weeks of using this toner and the COSRX Propolis Range I could say my skin improved a lot. My skin is clear of acne, only left with acne marks. My skin looks and feels good after the previous breakout I had. I've been generously using this toner in my morning routine just before I applied COSRX Propolis Pads on my cheeks. It feels super hydrating indeed.
