Ardhea review for Eye Cream

The claim says it can brighten dull eyes, but I don't think it's enough to brighten it, it's more moisturizing for the under-eye area, the texture is less creamy and a bit difficult to blend, I think the packaging is suitable for carrying everywhere because it's in the form of a sachet.
