Cleansing Oil
I recently started using the Kurashirizumu Cleansing Oil from Japanese drug store @tsuruha_th
Company claims:
Cleansing oil with olive oil, argan oil and squalane to add moisture to the skin.
Ingredients and skin benefits:
Argan and Olive oil have high contents of nourishing and moisturising unsaturated fatty acids, mainly oleic, linoleic and palmitic. Both also has a relatively large amount of antioxidant vitamin E, small amounts of phenols including caffeic acid and ferulic acid.
Squalane is known for being compatible with most skin types and skin conditions, whilst jojoba oil is very similar to human sebum and therefore might have "skin balancing" properties for oily skin.
Packaging, texture and feel:
A clear oil that I bought as a refill pouch and transferred to an empty hand wash pump bottle.
The oil is runny, but has a kind of thick feel to it. When applying and massaging onto the skin it has a sort of 'grip' to it but was pretty easy to rinse off.
It doesn't emulsify as much as my cleansing balm but I like that it doesn't leave a greasy film and my skin feels nice and not stripped after using this as my first step cleanser.
It has fragrance, a peach π scent which I find quite lovely, but if you're sensitive to fragrance this may not be the cleansing oil for you.

It might be more a matter of habit, since I had only tried a cleansing balm before but this does have a sort of dense oil feeling to it, that I'm not quite used to yet.
