Lavender Body Scrub
These are the positives for me for this scrub:
- The Brooklyn Botany Lavender Oil Body and Face Scrub is advertised as an exfoliant scrub. The exfoliation feels gentle and not too rough. I have tried other scrubs that are too rough and this one is so much better!
- The lavender scent in this scrub is not too strong or overwhelming. I am not a huge fan of lavender but my significant other loves it so I got this to try out. Surprisingly, I love the scent because it is so light and refreshing. Pleasantly surprised and a huge fan now!
- The label on this scrub states that it is suitable for all skin types. I have combination skin and this definitely works for me.
The Brooklyn Botany Lavender Oil Body and Face Scrub not only exfoliates but also moisturizes! My skin definitely felt soft and moisturized!
Overall, I’ll consider purchasing it again!
These are the negatives for me for this scrub:
- The price for the Brooklyn Botany Lavender Oil Body and Face Scrub, 10 Oz was $13.45 when I purchased it in April 2021. In July 2021, the price was $14.95. Currently (as of August 26, 2021) the price is $9.99. It’s weird that the price keeps fluctuation (going up and down). I thought the price was a little too high at $13.45 (for only 10 Oz) but its definitely more affordable at $9.99. The price fluctuation is still just weird and a negative for me.
- This scrub did leave my skin feeling soft but also a bit “oily,” which makes sense since this contains lavender oil and is also meant to moisturize. The “oily” feeling was not too bad – just more than I am used to so it was noticeable.
