Tea Tree Oil & Glycolic Acid Breakout Control Cleansing Pads
I bought this at Ulta a week ago because it was on sale (on sale for $12.49, retails for $22 usd). I used it a couple times and here are my thoughts so far on this product.
I find this product to have a slight tingle effect on my skin. I personally don’t mind it, but it might be a little harsher for people with sensitive skin.
My skin does feel smoother after applying these pads. The pads contain enough product to be applied all over your face and neck without them drying out.
It has a very strong tea tree smell.
Spark notes on key ingredients:
Glycolic Acid: helps with exfoliation of the skin—removes dead skin cells, helps to target hyperpigmentation, and brighten skin
Glycerin: softens skin (emollient), humectant
Tea tree oil: antibacterial, can help with acne
Orange fruit extract: great source for vitamin c. Note: there are other fruit extracts in this product and they’re supposed to promote cell renewal
I haven’t seen much of a difference on my skin, but to be fair, I haven't used it long enough.
The stinging sensation can irritate people with sensitive skin. The scent is also very strong.
