Miranntii review for Clean Lotus Water Calming Toner

This Rovectin Clean Lotus Water Calming Toner has a brightening effect on me, making me brighter, cleaner and healthier.  Because there is a claim that it can clean the skin from dust, and this toner is really suitable for me who likes to be lazy with gradual skincare.  This toner also has no fragrance in my opinion because it has no fragrance.  To apply this toner I usually use a cotton swab to clean the rest of the dust and dirt on my skin and, the second layer I just pour on my palm and spread it evenly on my facial skin by patting lightly to absorb it into the skin.
