Seraphine Botanicals - Mommabear review for Whimsical Wisteria - Conditioning Lip Polish

This is a great product if you had chapped lips that healed and are pealing or if your putting on a matte liquid lipstick this is perfect to use before. It polishes my lips perfect. It's not to ruff that it hurts but it makesy lips look smooth and perfect for liquid lipstick or just because my lips are dry. I love it!
