Deep In A Barrier Cream
I wanted to like this product because I didn’t find anything that could be problematic about the ingredients listing. It has a really elegant pump bottle packaging. Very emollient. Slightly oily-waxy texture after rubbing the product in. Matte finish. Seems like it does an adequate job at hydrating the skin and barrier protection.
Unfortunately I was surprised by the unpleasant fragrance of this product. It smells like a combination of licorice and chamomile, which doesn’t sound bad but it really reminded me of herbal medicine but not in the pleasant way I find hanbang ginseng products. I understand this is purely a preference thing. Some people may like it but it was strong enough to not be for me.
