I love azelaic acid in general and this product is no exception. It really helps with brightening acne marks and calming ongoing inflammations. The consistency is between liquid and creamy and it is easy to apply. So it is more dense than a serum but runnier than most creams. It is not sticky at all and get's absorbed really nicely. It also does not dry out my skin. It has a faint azelaic acid smell, like some corn maybe? But it is not uncomfortable and the smell does not linger. Other than that it's fragrance free.
