Cica Repair Balm Tube
Well YES, I bought another cica cream!
I wanted to try this cica cream from the very affordable EU brand Mixa because I can find it easily at supermarkets. One tube is like 5€ or less. Amazing price👍🏼👍🏼
💦Texture: this is a thick white cream that melt easily on my skin when I massage it all over my face. It's a bit oily to be honest. But once the cream settles on my skin it appears a bit shiny/oily. This Mixa cica cream also leaves a slight white cast on my medium skin. It's not horrible but I clearly can't use this during the day. So this is why I use it at night.
🩹 Repairing: not long ago I slightly burned my arm a little because of a lamp🤣 and I applied the Mixa cica cream morning and night over the burn skin. It immediately calmed the redness and soothed my burning skin. And after a few days, my skin recovered ONLY with a slight mark instead of a very brown marks. So I can tell this cica cream works on damaged skin and from head to toes!
On my face tho, I don't have a problematic skin so I only use this cica cream as an occlusive to seal all the moisture during my sleep. Yes like a sleeping masks.
✨Results: as I said, nowadays I use this Mixa cica cream as a sleeping mask at night. It helps keeping hydration and moisture all night long. In the morning, I wake up with a well moisturized, smooth, soft, supple and even skin tone, without any redness. This is why I BELIEVE in applying cica cream also on healthy skin! It is for the better!!!
🤫Secret: i strongly believe that the Mixa Cica cream is a La Roche Posay Cicaplast B5 Balm DUPE! I've tried a lot of different cica creams and the Mixa and La Roche Posay are VERY similar. So this Mixa product is a GREAT option if you are on a budget!👍🏼👍🏼
🤷🏽 I wish there wasn't any white cast
🤷🏽 stings my eyes a bit if i apply it too close to them
