I am really impressed With this product from Garnier. I didn’t rely or use on an spf until now. I recommend this product to all my friends. I use it every day now - especially on learning that the blue light from computers is damaging to your skin as well as the sun. It goes on great over makeup it’s like you have nothing on. It's really useful to have in your handbag for you and your friends if your out about and get caught in the sun. Great price too. Highly recommended.

Hi, please check the Dr Dray, Lab Muffin Beauty Science and Cassandra Bankson Youtube channels. They have videos about the computer blue light and how brands take advantage of this fear by selling consumers anti screen blue light products.
You don't have to wear an SPF product while spending time in front of the pc or smartphone, unless you have a rare condition where you are highly sensitive to UV. Hope this helps as I know that brands have induced fearmongering in the population about screen blue light.
