Madagascar Centella Air-Fit Suncream Plus SPF50 PA++++
it’s a lightweight, physical sunscreen that’s formulated with centella asiatica and niacinamide! it has a herbal scent that fades after application. the sunscreen is beige-tinted so it has a cosmetic feel, and it gave my skin a slight ‘tone-up’. it leaves a matte finish, some calming effect, and is white cast free when used in moderation. this sunscreen is most suitable for oily and combination skin types who live in hot, humid regions.
it was not moisturizing enough for my dry skin during the cold winter, but maybe it’ll be better during the summer. i also highly recommend layering in small amounts to avoid excessive blending and white casts. i have fair skin so i’m not sure how this would look on darker skin.
personally, i didn’t really enjoy the scent of the sunscreen (it gave me a slight headache), or the finish. it was quite drying and caused flaky patches to form, which was most likely due to the matte finish. all in all, this sunscreen is a 2/5 for me!
