Goals: Multi Acids & Probiotics Perfecting Night Serum
I purchased this exfoliating serum because I was searching for a product that does it all by combining some of my favourite ingredients: salicylic acid, glycolic acid, lactic acid, niacinamide and rosehip oil. I was hoping for similar effects I achieved by using two Paulas Choice exfoliants but with just one product.
There are some things I liked about this serum but mostly it disappointed me greatly.
Pros:
๐๐ป pretties packaging ever, with good quality pump that dispenses right amount of product
๐๐ป itโs really gentle, it stings just a tiniest bit at the beginning but it goes away after few seconds
๐ the smell was not pleasant
๐ itโs very expensive for what it is
๐ it didnโt do much for my skin, unfortunately. I was expecting same result I got using Paulas Choice 2% BHA combined with Paulas Choice 8% AHA, glowing, blemish free skin the next morning. But it wasnโt the case. It didnโt do anything. I suppose itโs just too gentle me for even though on the packaging it says itโs 12% (of course itโs all acids combined, PHA included). I even tried to use it every night instead of just two nights a week as recommended by PSA, but I still did get nothing.
