Snail Bee High Content Lotion
This lotion was my first product to contain snail secretion filtrate, so I was looking forward to it a lot because of the benefits snail products can give.
It also contains bee venom, hyaluronic acid, niacinamide and oglio-peptides! Seemingly an unbeatable combination of powerful ingredients that target multiple problems like dehydration, dryness, fine lines etc.
The product comes in a 120ml/4.05 fl. oz. plastic bottle with a pump. The bottle is held in a dark-brown color (my guess to protect it a little more from sunlight). The carton packaging is very nice because it is made from biodegradable sugar-cane which is more eco-friendly than regular cartons. The print is also made with soy-ink! I have seen a few brands starting to do this and I wish more would follow💗
The lotion itself is of a white, viscous texture. It is not watery nor thick which makes application a little experiment at first to figure out how much product you need for your face.
I like it a lot and it goes such a long way, it is a staple in my routines, I especially like to pair it with the i'm from Mugwort Essence and my current Retinol Serum from TIL.
A thing to note would be that this lotion, unlike others I have seen and used so far, should be patted into the skin. If you try to apply it like other creams or lotions it won't absorb at all and it on the skin. Patting it in, helps it absorb nicely and very fast; I also don't feel it being sticky.
This is a nice addition to my skincare collection and I'm glad I chose to try this product when I had the luck to win a giveaway.
At first I had to experiment a little with the amount because it can get too much quite fast and then it won't absorb.
Might be hard to finish the whole bottle within the PAO of 6 months
