Since the only way this product will work is rubbing your skin, it’s not a gentle way to clean off the dead skins on your face. 

I was dealing with flaky skin problems a couple days ago for no reason and my mom said to use this gel she had. When you apply a thin layer on dry skin and rub the peeling gel around in circles, you can see the dead skin coming off (it was quite satisfying). I then put moisturizer after that and boom! My skin is refreshed and don’t have randome flakes.
