I use it once daily, right before bed time. During the first few weeks of using this adapalene, my acne appear worse. Maybe because the medication is working on pimples forming inside the skin. It may take 8 to 12 weeks to notice results from this medication.
A brief sensation of warmth or stinging. First 2-4 weeks of using, acne and pimples may appear. But so far it work for me. Women who are pregnant or who may become pregnant should not use this medication.
