xtalastar review for RiceFila Oil Toner

I have a few more uses left with this toner and so far I am enjoying it. It contains 8 different natural oils but I am highlighting rice bran and Vitamin E. I shake the bottle and use it with a cotton pad to wipe my face, very easy to apply and has a nice slip to it. It feels hydrating and moisturizing at the same time, although it could get oily and sticky if you applied too much. There's really nothing life changing about this that I could share aside from the two benefits I get every time I use it, hydration and moisture, great for dry and cold weather. It's another bi-phase product that I recommend for combination to dry skin, but mot much to sensitive skin as it contains ingredients that could sensitize or irritate the skin. This is one of those toners I feel like I'm on the fence with. Overall, I like it but I'm still undecided wether I'd buy it again or not.
