Leave product on over-night and wash-off the following morning followed with your normal morning cleansing routine. This is a sleeping mask and I think it's quite good. It has a moist texture that pushes out easily on the face and has a bit of a cooling sensation afterwards, without bogging down the face. It works to help moisturise and hydrate the skin, so you can wake up with enough moisture on your face without feeling dry. It has a light scent that is not off-putting.
