Tea Elixir Skin Resilience Activating Serum
This serum claims to refine the look or pores and improve skin radiance so I took before and after photos for comparison. An immediate improvement that I noticed after using it was increased hydration. Hydrating serums and essences at an affordable price point are pretty easy to come by. This is more of a luxury serum. It utilizes 5kda hyaluronic acid, meaning it’s a low molecular weight so that the product can penetrate deeper and help improve skin elasticity. I like that it is not sticky or greasy. I don’t usually find added fragrances to be a detractor in products because my skin is more on the resilient side. The strong green tea essence makes it enjoyable to use. In fact, I like to take in the aroma on my hands before I apply it. ☺️ The antioxidants from the green tea also double as added protection from environmental stressors during the day. Longer and consistent usage has faded much if the hormonal acne scarring I get on my chin.
Okay, it’s a pricey serum but Fresh Beauty is sold at Sephora and is more of a luxe brand. Can other lower priced serums deliver hydration and antioxidants as well? Sure but its not going to smell the same.
