Tulasara™ Renewing Radiance Creme
I didn’t realize what a gem of a moisturizer this was until I had used it on a few guests in facials. Until then, I was using Aveda’s Botanical Kinetics All-Sensitive Lotion, which is fragrance-free, which my skin also loves.
The key ingredients in this moisturizer that makes it special to me are molasses extract and licorice root extract, which help with lightening discoloration. Acetyl-hexapeptide-8 and sigesbeckia promote natural collagen production and strengthen the skin’s extracellular matrix for firmer skin. Glucosamine promotes cell turnover rate to remove dull surface cells. And safflower oleosomes, which are encapsulated oil, to deliver moisture to the skin’s barrier.
Smooth, lightweight texture with just the faintest hint of shimmer. Formulated with a negligible percentage of dimethicone so it is non-sticky/waxy and doesn’t feel occlusive. The fragrance is of jasmine, camomile, and grapefruit but it dissipates quickly after absorbing into the skin.
I purchased this moisturizer on a student discount, which at the discounted price, I find it to be really good deal but if you have concerns with hyperpigmentation and fine lines, this is a moisturizer worth splurging on.
Pricey but it’s Aveda.
