My Thoughts and Experience I am always intrigued by Bliss products. They always have great ingredients and products that really work!! This Clear Genius Toner and Serum is no exception. I use this on nights where I want a simple yet effective routine. I apply this after i double cleanse and I follow it up with a hydrating moisturizer. I wake up and my skin feels like silk!!! I find this is the perfect product to use once or twice a week to get rid of dead skin, which allows my dry skin to breathe and be able to soak up any moisture it can!!!
