IPKN personal mood water fit sheer tint
Features:
°These tints were created with collaboration of Dustmoth, a colour analysis company. The tints expand into 8 horizons with understanding spring, autumn and winter seasons.
°The formula is watery to blurry, Moisturizing yet velvet finish with transforming technology which starts with moist water, blurry and fits on lips.
°Cooling and plumping effect with addition of menthol, non sticky texture.
∆ I chose four shades from the cool tone subdivision:
* 3 pure berry - (summer light) clear candy pink colour
* 4 hushed rose - (summer mute) soft, hazy muted rose pink colour
* 7 crushed cherry- (winter bright)
Clear, and bright red cherry colour
* 8 crimson lake - (winter dark) maroon, burgundy, wine colour
∆ These tints are reminiscent of the Classic Etude House dear darling watery tints but the difference lies in that the Ipkn tints have more weight in volume texture and fixes incredibly stronger. The texture is watery, and I do agree that it leaves a velvety finish and sustains for a long period and requires effort to smudge/cleanse off. Usually with watery tints, they stick more, which also means they seep onto lip lines. These tints require as most tints good lip exfoliation prior to usage or else it bleeds and cracks down. The finish is comfortable, and the menthol gives a cooling effect however on days, when my lips were not in the best condition, the cooling sensation irritated my lips.
∆ In the last slides of the pictures uploaded, I have made a moodboard using two shades to create a combination. The brand suggests 3+7 and 4+8 but I went for 3+4 and 7+8.
The packaging is really good to hold, and reminds me of Romand blur fudge tints but Ipkn has rounder circumference. What I like about Ipkn is their depth in understanding personal colour. They've really dwelled from packaging to formula.
The classic watery tint formulas as etude house is, and drying, and not comfortable. The cooling sensation sensitised my lips. Shades are beautiful but the formula is not impressive.
