Skel review for 120H Liquid Hydrator

After using it for the first time I instantly got irritations on my chin, I kept using it anyways to see if it would improve but I've used it like 3 times now and my chin and cheeks are very badly irritated, red, itchy and I have pimples and tiny bumps all under my skin. Had to stop using it now because my face was burning so bad. I don't know if it's an allergic reaction or something like that, but I definitely wouldn't use this again.
