Kombu Balancing Ampoule Toner

I've been using this toner since the summer and absolutely love it! Not only is Kaines packaging beautiful, the formula of this toner is so nice. It's slightly viscous, non-sticky, absorbs quickly and is perfect for layering! It's very hydrating and soothing, great for those with sensitive skin.

Nothing bad, but I do wish the bottle was glass like the packaging for the cream.
